What I build

• Workflow automation. The repetitive back-office jobs (reporting, data entry, reconciliation, document handling) automated end-to-end, with AI making the judgement calls a plain script can't.
• AI assistants and agents. Internal chat assistants that answer from your own data, triage email, draft replies and hand over to a person when they should.
• Document intelligence. Structured data pulled out of invoices, contracts, reports and forms at volume.
• Integrations. AI models connected to the systems you already run: CRM, accounts, spreadsheets, databases and internal portals.
• Reporting pipelines. Daily or weekly management reports generated, checked and sent out on their own.

How engagements run

Every engagement starts with a fixed-price, fixed-scope proposal, so you know exactly what will be delivered, by when, and what it costs before we begin. Typical builds run from two days (a single automation) to a few weeks (a system with several moving parts). You'll get weekly check-ins along the way, and we finish with a clean, documented handover your team can own.

Built to be owned by you

You keep the code, the accounts and the documentation. I build on mainstream, well-supported platforms rather than proprietary black boxes, so your team, or any competent developer, can maintain and extend what I deliver. Where there's a monthly running cost (model usage, hosting), it's itemised up front and usually a small fraction of the labour cost it replaces.

Security and data protection

Systems are designed around UK GDPR from the start: data minimisation, clear processing purposes, and your data staying in your accounts under your control. Nothing is trained on your data without your explicit decision.
